These terms of sale apply to every order placed on kivoradirect.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Seller

2. Product

We sell the KIVORA massage gun, a comfort and wellness device. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. Please read the safety instructions on the product page and in the user manual before use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Taxes and any additional costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed by email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock; in that case you are refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our shipping policy.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as described in our refund policy. If you live in the European Union, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

7. Legal guarantees

If you live in the European Union, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, and from the legal guarantee against hidden defects. If the product is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

8. Liability

Use the device according to its instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

10. Disputes and applicable law

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first: most issues are solved quickly by email. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
