Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. We ship to every country available at checkout, at no extra cost.

Processing time. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time. Delivery usually takes 8 to 15 business days from the day you order. This is an estimate: carrier delays, customs checks or peak periods can occasionally extend it.

Tracking. As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. The first tracking update can take 2 to 3 days to appear.

Duties and taxes. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery by the carrier or customs. These charges are not included in our prices.

Shipping address. Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

Late, lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after your order, or arrives damaged, contact us at morgan.frederic.lbg@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or refund you.
